Jeremy Lin Set For a Big Raise in 2012-2013

Jeremy Lin made $762,195 during the 2011-2012 season. His first deal with the Golden State Warriors was for $473,604 in the 2010-2011 NBA season. With free agency fast approaching on Monday, the sure thing is Jeremy Lin is set for a big raise over the next couple of seasons.

Despite being undrafted and cut from several teams, more than five teams have pursued Jeremy Lin this offseason with millions of dollars. The most recent deal is from the Houston Rockets paying Jeremy Lin over $5 million each of the next two season and then over $10 million the two seaons following that.

Jeremy Lin is likely in line to find a new place to live no matter where he ends up. Last season, Lin rented a two bedroom home inside Trump Tower in New York City for $4,500 a month. After Linsanity took over the nation, Jeremy Lin moved to a $13,000 a month apartment at The W Hotel in the city.

Besides his NBA salary, Jeremy Lin also has endorsement deals with Nike and Volvo. The Nike deal include Lin inspired shoes, shown below on Amazon. Nike will be looking to renew the deal over the next year as it is set to expire. Signed as a relative unknown by Nike, Lin is set for a raise from the leading shoe company as well.
